Coalition and Advocacy Director

The Partnership seeks a Coalition and Advocacy Director who will lead strategic initiatives to influence policies and drive systemic change in affordable housing in Connecticut. This dynamic team member will build and manage coalitions of diverse stakeholders, and advocate for housing solutions aligned with the Partnership’s mission. They will develop comprehensive advocacy strategies at local, state, and federal levels. They will engage communities through outreach, education, and partnerships to build support for affordable housing initiatives. Qualifications include substantial experience in organizing, public policy, or related fields, with a strong commitment to equity and social justice.

Research Associates Program

The Research Associate Program engages Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) freelance writers and researchers to produce policy and research materials on affordable housing, community development, and housing insecurity in Connecticut. This opportunity offers the benefit of both competitive compensation ($25/hour) and opportunities to publish and present independent research.
