SAMHSA Grants for the Benefit of Homeless Individuals

On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) issued a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) for applications for fiscal year 2020 Grants for the Benefit of Homeless Individuals (GBHI). The purpose of this program is to support the development and/or expansion of local implementation of a community infrastructure that integrates substance use disorder treatment, housing services and other critical services for individuals (including youth) and families experiencing homelessness.

Applications are due by 11:59pm (Eastern Time) on Monday, December 16, 2019 electronically using either eRA ASSIST or Grants.gov Workspace (more details on page 26 of FOA Document).
