Program Description

Removes health and safety barriers to enable weatherization work through WAP or HES-IE. Program may expand to include remediating barriers to other eligible energy improvements referred through other DEEP-approved programs.

Maximum allowable total cost per unit of $31,400. Currently, average cost per unit requirement of $14,400 (although DEEP is looking into removing an average cost per unit requirement)
