Staff Bio: Stephanie Berman


Executive Assistant

Stephanie joined the Partnership for Strong Communities as the Executive Assistant in 2016. She is responsible for managing the Executive Director’s calendar, preparing weekly organization newsletters, and providing administrative and logistical support to Partnership staff.

Stephanie came to the Partnership after spending six years in a human resources role at a software company. In that role she planned company events, created and ran the company’s training program, put together a weekly newsletter, administered benefits, booked all company travel, and managed several websites and social media campaigns.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in communication, with concentrations in media and advertising, from the University of Hartford.
