The United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) released USICH Framework to End Youth Homelessness: A Resource Text for Dialogue and Action. USICH created this framework to serve as a resource for federal, state, and local leaders to use in their work to end youth homelessness by 2020.

The resource text includes a logic model for ending youth homelessness, strategies for better data acquisition and strategies to build capacity for impact. The resource text encourages the use of deliberate strategies and coordinated systems to achieve the greatest impact.
