United Way of CT Launches New Statewide Data Tool

On May 29, 2016, the United Way of Connecticut released the 2-1-1 Counts dashboard of Connecticut. The dashboard provides a snapshot of services requests from 2-1-1 in the last year. The data is broken down into categories and subcategories, such as housing and shelter, employment and income, and mental health and addictions. According to the 2-1-1 Counts, 25.2% of services requests were housing and shelter services related, followed by employment and income assistance, and mental health and addictions services.
