Point In Time Count Resources for Unaccompanied Youth Available


In an effort to obtain an accurate count of unaccompanied youth in this year’s Point-In-Time (PIT) Count, the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the National Alliance to End Homelessness have released resources to assist in the process. The US Interagency Council on Homelessness made changes to its PIT Count methodology to include unaccompanied children in the population counts. NAEH recently hosted a webinar on the PIT Count that included tips on counting Youth.
