November CT REALTORS Report Shows Marginal Movement

According to the newest Connecticut REALTORS report, comparing November 2016 with November 2017, median sales and sales prices of single-family homes have decreased marginally in the Nutmeg state, while condominium sales and sales prices saw increases. 

The median sales price of single-family homes decreased by less than one percentage point (0.5%) from $248,750 in November 2016, to $247,500 in November 2017. The median sales price of condominiums and townhouses increased by 6.7% from $150,000 to $159,999 during that same time. 

Single-family home sales also saw a slight decrease of less than one percentage point (0.9%), from 2,805 in November 2016, to 2,781 in November 2017. During that same time, condominium and townhouse sales increased by 5.3%, from 645 in November 2016, to 679 in November 2017.
