Messaging Tool on Supportive Housing and Healthcare

NAEH

The National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) has released a new tool to assist health policy advocates at all levels of government looking to promote the connections between supportive housing and healthcare policy issues.

"Helping Chronically Homeless People Avoid High-Cost Health Care” supports the case that supportive housing can be a vital piece to health care solutions, especially when considering the strain that caring for vulnerable homeless individuals puts on public resources.

The brief is designed to be used by policymakers and advocates looking to better craft messages about the connections between supportive housing and healthcare to those working outside the field of homelessness. To learn more, click here.
