Corporation for Supportive Housing

The Corporation for Supportive Housing is launching a new initiative, the Connecticut Collaborative for Race Equity. The Collaborative is a collective learning, listening, and design process to build a race equity framework to advance equitable access to housing resources and services for homeless and high-need individuals and families across Connecticut. The Collaborative will work together on a three-phase project extending from November 2018-May 2019. Benefits of participating in The Collaborative include:

Learning to talk about race constructively within your organization and your constituents

  • Gaining an understanding of how race and homelessness intersect
  • Building organizational capacity in addressing race equity
  • Learning and sharing best practice
  • Building cross-sector relationships
  • Becoming a community ambassador for addressing race inequities

Complete details regarding the collaborative are provided here. Register here by September 30th.
