Issue Briefs about Chronic Homelessness and Supportive Housing Released


The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) partnered with Abt Associates Inc to do a study pertaining to chronic homelessness and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH).  Specifically, the study looked at the roles that Medicaid, Community Health Centers (CHCs) and other HHS programs play in providing services through PSH for people who experience chronic homelessness. From this study ASPE released the 4 issues briefs below to share their findings on how to achieve the best results for assisting people experiencing chronic homelessness.
