HUD Extends Deadline for CoC Interim Rule Comments

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released an interim rule focused on the regulatory implementation of the new Continuum of Care (CoC) Program.  The interim regulation will be effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register and comments are due 60 days later.  The final Homeless Definition is still in effect for the administration of the CoC Program interim rule.
