The Impact of Supportive Housing on Surrounding Neighborhoods: Evidence from New York City

 

This study from the Furman Center for Real Estate & Urban Policy examines the impact of supportive housing on property values in New York City. It found that the prices of buildings surrounding supportive housing went up more than other properties in the area that were further from the supportive housing development.
