DOH Seeking Proposals for HOPWA Funds

The CT Department of Housing has announced that it is seeking proposals that will provide housing and supportive services for people living with HIV/AIDS who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The funds are available through the federal Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program. DOH will accept proposals from eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit providers. Services must be provided in the Balance of State (BOS) Eligible Metropolitan Service Area (EMSA), which includes Litchfield County, Middlesex County, New London County, and Tolland County.
