DOH Requests Comments on FY 16-17 Action Plan Substantial Amendment

The Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) is requesting public comment on the Substantial Amendment to the FY 16-17 Action Plan for Housing and Community Development for the National Housing Trust Fund. The comment period is open through August 8, 2016.

The FY 16-17 Action Plan directs the appropriation of about $24 million in federal money for housing and community development to the following programs: HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Small Cities/Community Development Block Grant (SC/CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and National Housing Trust Fund. 

DOH will held a public hearing on July 18th in Hartford. Written comments will also be accepted and can be submitted to:
