DOH Releases NOFA for Ending Homelessness and Creating Affordable Housing

The Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) on December 23, 2013 for special priority projects and programs. The goal of this NOFA is to support projects and programs that contribute to ending homelessness, affirmatively furthering fair housing, and/or creating affordable housing opportunities in transit-oriented developments in the state.

This NOFA will provide approximately $15 million of funding. It will also make available approximately 20 rental assistance certificates subject to the rules and regulations of the state’s Rental Assistance Program.

All applications are due by 4:00PM on Monday, March 17, 2014.
