CT Receives $39m in HUD Continuum of Care Grants

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced $1.8 billion in Continuum of Care (CoC) funding grants to homelessness and housing providers. In addition to renewing funding for many projects, HUD awarded funding for 25 new projects that serve those who are chronically homeless.

Connecticut CoCs were awarded over $39 million:

  • Hartford: $5,986,784
  • Bridgeport/Stratford/Fairfield: $5,770,860
  • Balance of State: $21,691,415
  • Norwalk/Fairfield Co: $1,562,336
  • Stamford/Greenwich: $1,888,873
  • Waterbury: $2,209,568
