CHFA Releases NOFA for Workforce and Supportive Housing

Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA)

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) announced a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the State of Connecticut Housing Tax Credit Contribution Program (HTCC). This NOFA will make almost $3 million in state tax credits available for the creation of eligible workforce and supportive housing.
