CHFA Releases NOFA for Workforce and Supportive Housing

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) announced a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the State of Connecticut Housing Tax Credit Contribution Program (HTCC). This NOFA will make almost $3 million in state tax credits available for the creation of eligible workforce and supportive housing.

Applications must be submitted electronically by 4:00pm, Wednesday, April 18, 2016. Questions can be sent to Cyndi Guest at Cyndi.Guest@chfa.org.

An overview conference for questions and answers regarding the CHFA NOFA will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at the CHFA Boardroom, 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, CT.
