CHFA Issues RFP for Capital Plan


The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) has put out a request for proposal from qualified professionals for a plan for capital improvements and redevelopment of State-sponsored Housing throughout Connecticut (the “Capital Plan”). The purpose of the Capital Plan is to identify and prioritize a $300 million capital investment over the next ten years in order to preserve and revitalize the State-sponsored Housing Portfolio.

Proposals must be sealed and submitted by Friday, June 15, 2012 at 4:00PM. An overview session will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at The Lyceum, 227 Lawrence St, Hartford, CT.
