CHFA Invites Public Comment on QAP and LIHTC Amendments

Connecticut Housing Finance Authority

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) proposed amendments to the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Procedures.

Public comments about the amendments must be sent to Terry Nash, CHFA, 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, CT 06067, no later than 4:00PM, Friday, June 10, 2016. One public hearing will be held at 10AM, Wednesday, May 25, 2016 for those who want to make a comment in person.
