CHFA Invites Public Comment on QAP


The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is seeking public comment on its draft 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and draft Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Procedures. The QAP is CHFA's federally mandated state plan for the allocation of credits alloted to Connecticut by the federal LIHTC program.

Any comments and concerns can be submitted to the Delbe Spath, Manager, Tax Credit Programs at 999 West St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 no later than 4:00pm on January 27, 2012.  CHFA will also hold a public hearing on January 12th at 10am at their offices in Rocky Hill.  For more information, visit the CHFA website
