CHFA 2015 HTCC Rating and Ranking Posted

Connecticut Housing Finance Authority

On July 27, 2015, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) released the 2015 rating and ranking of the Housing Tax Credit Contribution (HTCC) Program application.

The application scoring shows the number of units, the amount awarded to each, the project type, the total point score, and the location for each project. Here is a quick overview of the ranking and scoring program: 

  • 40 developers submitted an application for a total of 1,616 family and elderly units.
  • 22 projects were awarded a total of $10,000,000 in credits.
  • Three supportive housing projects received an HTCC award, accounting for 130 units of supportive housing. 
  • The majorities of the applications (35) were for activities related to rehabilitation, affordable homeownership, and revolving and community loan funds projects.
