The Connecticut State Bond Commission met on Friday, January 29 and approved over $167 million for housing and homelessness related funding.
- The Department of Housing was allocated $55.4 million to finance grants-in-aids and loans for various housing projects and programs under the Flexible Housing Program
- The Department of Economic and Community Development was allocated $12.5 million to supplement the Brownfield Remediation and Revitalization Program
- The Department of Housing was allocated $750,000 for the Homelessness Prevention and Response Fund
- The Office of Policy and Management was allocated $37.4 million for the development and implementation of information technology enhancements for various state agencies including the Department of Social Services, and the Office of Policy and Management
- The Department of Housing was allocated $21.6 million to provide funding for projects under the Housing Trust Fund
- The Office of Policy and Management was allocated $10 million to provide grants-in-aid to various municipalities under the Small Town Economic Assistance Program
- The Office of Policy and Management was allocated $30.2 million for grants-in-aid for urban development projects
