The Radisson's very own Chef Steele unveils his fresh new summer menu prepared especially for this year's event!

Cocktail Hour:

Bruschetta Station Featuring Tomato and Basil, Roasted Garlic Cloves, Kalamata Tapenade, Rosemary White Bean Spread, Roasted Pepper Hummus
Served with Herbed Crostini, Assorted Crackers (including a gluten free option) and Flatbread Crisps

 

Passed Hors D’oeuvres During Cocktail Hour:

Chicken Marsala Pot Pies
Spinach and Artichoke Crisps

Salad Course:

Field Green Salad with Candied Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, Shredded Carrots & Bleu Cheese Crumbles served with a Vinaigrette

Entrée Choices:

Prosciutto-wrapped Statler Breast of Chicken stuffed with Boursin Cheese served with Herbed Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini with Lemon

Salmon Fillet wrapped in Puff Pastry with Melted Leeks and Grilled Lemon served with Herbed Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini with Lemon

Buffalo Mozzarella Ravioli with Forest Mushroom Ragout
